TakePublic

Track your Regulation A offering

Keep the Form 1-A, its amendments, 253(g) supplements, and the Form 1-Z exit report on your compliance calendar while counsel handles the offering.

What TakePublic does and does not do here

An offering statement on Form 1-A is a securities offering document that your securities counsel drafts and files with the SEC. TakePublic does not draft or file it.

What the platform does is keep the offering on your record: create a tracked entry for the 1-A, each amendment round, any 253(g) supplement, and the eventual Form 1-Z exit report, and every one shows up on the Compliance calendar next to your reporting deadlines.

Note

TakePublic is a technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.

The offering documents you can track

Create each of these from Filings > New filing. They carry a single tracking section for the key facts, and none of them routes through AI drafting.

  • Form 1-A: the offering statement. Record the tier, securities offered, maximum amount, and qualification status.
  • Form 1-A/A: an amendment during SEC review. Link it to the parent 1-A so the whole offering reads as one thread.
  • Rule 253(g) supplement: an offering circular supplement after qualification, also linked to the parent 1-A.
  • Form 1-Z: the exit report that ends Regulation A reporting.

Dates on the calendar

None of these documents has a statutory due date; timing is driven by SEC review and your offering plan. Each tracked entry starts with today's date, and you adjust it to the milestone you are managing toward, shown in ET like every other deadline.

What it costs

Nothing extra. Offering tracking is included in the Reg A plan alongside the drafted and filed reporting cycle (Forms 1-K, 1-SA, and 1-U).
