Track matters we do not draft

Calendar entries for SEC comment letters, outside registration work, Form 25, and other obligations TakePublic does not draft.

What tracked matters cover

Use a tracked matter when the work lives outside TakePublic drafting: SEC comment letters, registration statements in progress with outside counsel, Form 25, or another company-specific obligation. SEC comment letter responses are due 10 business days after the letter date, and you can draft the CORRESP response letter from Filings.

  1. Create the tracked matter from the Compliance calendar.

What you enter

Add a free-text description, an optional handled-by counterparty, and document attachments stored on the deadline.

  1. Mark the matter complete when the work is done.
Note

Completing a linked CORRESP response also satisfies a comment-letter deadline. Other tracked matters stay manual; TakePublic does not draft or submit those filings for you.

Audit trail

Creating, updating, attaching documents, and completing a tracked matter are written to the append-only audit log, so the record stays with the company workspace.
