TakePublic respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Send a written notice to hello@takepublic.com and TakePublic, Inc., 390 NE 191st St STE 47121, Miami, FL 33179. A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3) must include:

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the designated agent. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number. It must also state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware if your address is outside the United States, and that you will accept service from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
We may restore the material as permitted by law unless the original notifying party tells us it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances. We may also remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.
