Who it serves

TakePublic for NYSE-listed companies

NYSE listing does not change the federal forms. You still owe 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 on Eastern Time deadlines, and you still need counsel on every submission. The cost is coordinating books, draft, auditor, attorney, and agent under accelerated clocks.

TakePublic runs that federal filing workflow in one workspace: connected books, AI drafts with citations, auditor and counsel seats, hash-bound sign-off, and EDGAR submission or export to your own agent. Exchange listing-standards monitoring is on the roadmap; today the product covers the SEC reporting calendar and filings.

Frequently asked questions

Does TakePublic monitor NYSE listing standards?

Not today. Exchange listing-standards monitoring is on the roadmap. The live product covers the federal SEC calendar, drafting, counsel workflow, and EDGAR filing.

Can we keep our securities counsel?

Yes. Invite your attorney to the counsel seat. TakePublic is not a law firm; your counsel reviews and signs every filing.

How is Core priced for accelerated filers?

Onboarding reads public EDGAR history. Accelerated filer status is one complexity driver; with other drivers, Core quotes at $4,999 or $5,999. The quote and evidence appear before checkout.

Are foreign private issuers on the NYSE supported?

Only if they report on domestic forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K). Foreign private issuers on 20-F and 6-K are not supported, regardless of exchange.

Is uplisting to the NYSE a TakePublic product today?

No. Ascent, the NASDAQ or NYSE uplisting process, is on the roadmap and unpriced. It is not available as a self-serve plan.

Bring your filings in-house, with counsel still signing

Connect your books, review AI drafts with citations, and file to EDGAR. Your securities attorney signs every filing before it goes anywhere.

TakePublic is a technology platform, not a law firm, broker-dealer, or auditor. Nothing files without review and sign-off by a licensed securities attorney.
