- Timely Alert policyCall Market Watch at least 10 minutes before releasing material news between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET, and before any dividend or stock distribution announcement at any hour.

Does TakePublic monitor NYSE American listing standards?
No. The Company Guide dates above can be added to the Company calendar as matters with the date your counsel sets.
When is the NYSE American annual meeting due?
Section 704 of the Company Guide requires it no later than one year after the end of the fiscal year. A postponed or adjourned meeting does not satisfy the requirement.
When are the written affirmations due?
The Annual Written Affirmation and CEO Certification are due within 30 days after the annual meeting, or within 30 days after the annual report is filed if no meeting is held. An Interim Written Affirmation is due within five business days after a triggering event.
Can we keep our securities counsel?

Are foreign private issuers on NYSE American supported?
For every plan if they report on domestic forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K). Foreign private issuers are not open for onboarding yet. A 20-F, 40-F or 6-K filer's free compliance scan has a Notify me form for the day onboarding opens.
