TakePublic is a technology platform, not a law firm, broker-dealer, or auditor. Nothing files without review and sign-off by a licensed securities attorney.
These disclosures explain the roles of TakePublic, your company, and the independent professionals involved in your SEC filings.
TakePublic is a technology platform. It is not a law firm, broker-dealer, or auditor, and it does not provide legal, investment, accounting, or auditing advice.
Using or communicating with TakePublic does not create an attorney-client relationship with TakePublic. Communications with TakePublic are not protected by attorney-client privilege or as attorney work product.
The licensed securities attorneys who review and sign filings through the Service are independent professionals. Their professional duties run to the customer they represent, not to TakePublic.
TakePublic does not select, recommend, or endorse attorneys and receives no fees for introductions.
AI prepares drafts. People make the decisions. Every filing requires a licensed securities attorney to sign off on the exact document, bound to its cryptographic hash. Nothing is transmitted to SEC EDGAR without that sign-off.
Deadlines shown in the Service are informational, displayed in Eastern Time (ET), and are not legal advice. Your company and its counsel remain responsible for confirming and meeting applicable deadlines.
In-app approvals record corporate decisions for the filing record. They are not themselves board or shareholder action. Corporate action must be taken under your charter, bylaws, and applicable law.
