Do we need EDGAR credentials in TakePublic?
Yes, to submit through TakePublic. Company admins store and verify filer credentials in Settings and confirm the EDGAR Next delegation to TakePublic before the first submission.
Can we keep our existing EDGAR agent?
Yes. Export the filing package after counsel sign-off and file externally; daily reconciliation confirms the accession either way.
What is in the export package?
The EDGAR submission file with your CCC removed, the primary document, exhibits, and a cover sheet identifying the exact signed version.
Can anything file without a sign-off?
Not a form prepared in TakePublic: filing through TakePublic and filing through your own agent both require a sign-off that still matches the current version of the document. A Form 3, 4 or 5 you upload as already reviewed and signed files exactly as uploaded, on your attestation.
Which plan includes EDGAR filing?
