Every Core tier includes AI drafting, books checks, counsel review and sign-off, EDGAR filing, XBRL tagging, and an immutable audit trail.

What do complex Core filers pay?

The complex Core tiers are $4,999 and $5,999 per month, computed from public EDGAR history and shown before checkout. Core onboarding is separate and costs $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000 one time by complexity tier. The monthly plan still includes AI drafting, automated tie-outs, counsel sign-off, EDGAR filing, and XBRL tagging.

Are there hourly fees or surprise invoices?

TakePublic uses a fixed monthly software subscription, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Monitor is $299 per month, Section 16 is $499 per month, Core starts at $2,999 per month, and Reg A is $749 per month. Core and Reg A also have the one-time onboarding fees shown above.

Do counsel or auditors pay for seats?

No. Counsel and auditor firm seats are always free. The company subscription is the only paid account. Companies invite their own securities counsel for Section 16, Core, or Reg A. Counsel reviews and signs every filing, while the paid company plan provides the applicable drafting, filing, monitoring, and workflow features.

What does the Reg A plan include?

Reg A costs $749 per month and covers the full Regulation A Tier 2 reporting cycle. It includes AI drafting of 1-K, 1-SA, and 1-U, review and sign-off by your own securities attorney, and a compliance calendar with deadlines in Eastern Time. These forms are prepared and counsel-signed, with live EDGAR submission being verified. Onboarding is $1,500 one time.
