It includes AI drafting of 1-K, 1-SA, and 1-U, review and sign-off by your own securities attorney, and a compliance calendar with deadlines in Eastern Time. These forms are prepared and counsel-signed, with live EDGAR submission being verified. Onboarding is $1,500 one time.
