Is Core available, and what will it cost?
Core, the full software plan, is in closed beta. It is not for sale yet and no price is posted; request access on the Core card and we will be in touch.
Are there per-filing fees, rush charges, or surprise invoices?
No. One fixed subscription covers every Form 4 in the quarter, with no hourly billing or rush charges: Monitor is $499 per month and Section 16 is $999, or ten months' price for a year on annual billing.
How does annual billing work?
Monitor and Section 16 can be billed yearly at ten months' price: $4,990 and $9,990 a year, charged at the start of the year and renewed each year until you cancel. Moving from monthly to annual, or from Monitor to Section 16 on annual, starts today with the unused part of your current period credited. Moving from annual to monthly takes effect when the paid year ends, so the year is never lost. Canceling keeps the plan to the end of the paid year; refunds follow the refund policy for that year's payment.
Does our securities counsel pay for a seat?
No. Counsel and law firm seats are free; the company holds the only paid subscription and invites its own securities counsel, who reviews and signs every filing TakePublic prepares on Section 16. Auditor access comes with Core, which is in closed beta; audit firms cannot sign up before then.
Can I start on Monitor and upgrade?
Yes. Monitor is $499 per month for the Company calendar, ET deadline alerts and the health score while your current vendors keep filing, and you can upgrade to Section 16 anytime.
