Monitor, Section 16, and Core plans with checkout via Stripe in Settings.
Monitor is $299 per month: the pure software layer. Keep your existing counsel, auditor, and filing agent; TakePublic becomes the one dashboard that connects them.
You get the compliance calendar with alerts, the health score, the insider roster with Form 4 deadline tracking, blackout windows, D&O questionnaires, and the evidence vault.
Nothing files through TakePublic on this plan, and no attorney sign-off is required; deadlines reconcile automatically from EDGAR when your agent files.
Section 16 is $499 per month. It includes everything in Monitor, plus Forms 3, 4, and 5 drafted in-app and filing under each insider's own EDGAR codes.
Every filing requires counsel sign-off before submission.
Core starts at $2,999 per month: full compliance calendar, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, NT notices, counsel workflow, EDGAR filing, and audit trail. Complex filers pay $4,999 or $5,999 per month based on three factors read from your public EDGAR history during onboarding: accelerated filer deadlines, multiple subsidiaries, and an active financing and insider calendar.
Your exact price and its evidence are shown before checkout and do not change mid-year. Onboarding is a one-time fee of $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000 matching your complexity tier, charged in the same checkout.
Every filing requires counsel sign-off before submission.
Your entitlements activate when payment succeeds.

TakePublic is a technology platform, not a law firm, broker-dealer, or auditor. Nothing files without review and sign-off by a licensed securities attorney.
