Frequently asked questions
When do TakePublic deadline emails go out?
At 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 days before an open deadline, on the due date, and at 1, 3, and 7 days past due. Alerts stop as soon as the obligation is satisfied or waived.
When do SMS alerts fire?
At 3 and 1 days before, on the due date, and at every past-due step, to users who opted in to texts.
Can we turn off deadline emails?
Not for company roles: deadline mail is locked on so the operators responsible for filings cannot mute statutory clocks. Other notification kinds have preferences in Settings.
Which plan includes deadline alerts?
Every plan, starting with Monitor at $499 per month. The same escalation runs on Section 16 and Core.
