Use the Company calendar
See public records, regulatory obligations, workflow activity, and company events with links to the owning workspace.
Four layers, one company timeline
The Company calendar brings together records that used to require separate filing, insider, deadline, and project views.
- Public record: SEC filings indexed from EDGAR and filed insider transactions.
- Regulatory: statutory deadlines, beneficial ownership thresholds, and corporate-action obligations.
- Workflow: filing work, insider transactions still in progress, completed signing and approval ceremonies, PBC items, and contributor requests.
- Company: earnings releases and calls, shareholder, board, and audit committee meetings, close milestones, custom events, and blackout windows.
A layer describes why an event is on the calendar. Its owning record remains in Filings, Insiders, Documents, Audit, or the relevant review queue.
Month, Agenda, and filters
Use Month for the shape of a period and Agenda for a chronological list.
- Filter by layer, event family, status, or form family.
- Select a day to see every event on that date.
- On dense days, insider transactions group into one count. Open the group to review the individual transactions.
Event and day details
Open an event to see its date or range, status, source, related records, and the actions available to your role.
- Links such as Open in filing, Open in insider transactions, Open in documents, and View SEC filing take you to the system that owns the record.
- Company admins can edit or cancel company events and can complete or waive eligible obligations. Other roles see only the actions their permissions allow.
- Select Back after following an owning-workflow link to restore the same Month or Agenda view, date, and filters.
What you can do from a deadline
A deadline's panel leads with the one thing you can do now, then lists the rest as rows that each say what they do. On a plan that drafts the form, Start draft (or Open filing) leads; on Monitor, Remind me leads and the upgrade named by the plan that drafts the form is the last, quiet line, never the only button.
- Remind me is yours for this one deadline: the ladder days as dates, email or text for each. Set your own reminders for a deadline walks through it, including what stays on for company roles.
- Add to calendar offers Google Calendar, Outlook, or an .ics file for Apple Calendar and any other calendar app, each as one all-day event on the due date, and Add a note saves a note on the row for your team. Share with counsel appears when counsel is seated on your company and sends one email and bell notice with a link to the row, once a day per counsel; a repeat inside 24 hours says so and sends nothing more.
- A row the company records by hand (a state renewal, a tracked matter, a holder's Schedule 13G) names the record by what it records and leads with it once the day arrives. A row EDGAR settles (a 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K or an insider form on a plan that does not draft it) says who files it and what closes it instead of offering a button.
Dates, time zones, and colors
Statutory deadlines are computed and labeled in Eastern Time (ET). ET is a deadline rule, not a blanket time zone for every calendar event.
- Public records use the date reported by their source.
- Company events can be all-day, a date range, or a timed event in the time zone chosen when the event is created.
- Form-family colors identify the kind of filing or event. Urgency and status use separate labels and treatment, so color never turns a 10-K into a different form family.
