Company events, ownership, and tracked obligations

Add company events and understand where ownership, corporate, state, and tracked matters lead.

Company events

Company admins can add earnings releases and calls, annual or special shareholder meetings, board and audit committee meetings, financial close milestones, and custom events.

  • Choose an all-day date, date range, or a time and time zone.
  • Set visibility for all members, company only, company and counsel, or company and auditor.
  • Link a filing or insider when the event belongs with that record.
Note

Company event times use the time zone selected for the event. Only statutory deadlines use ET by rule.

Ownership and insider activity

Beneficial ownership threshold events appear in the Regulatory layer and open in Documents. Insider transactions appear in Public record after filing or in Workflow while action is still underway, and open in Insider transactions.

Corporate, state, and tracked matters

Corporate-action effective dates appear as public records, while related obligations appear in the Regulatory layer. State renewals and tracked matters also remain regulatory obligations until completed or waived.

  • Open a matter to see its details and available role-safe actions.
  • Use its destination link to continue in the owning filing, document, insider, or calendar workflow.
  • Completion, waiver, event edits, and cancellations remain in the append-only audit trail.
