AI drafts and citations

Drafts are starting points with per-sentence citations. Counsel must sign before anything files.

Filing workspace: draft
A generated 10-Q draft with the section list, cover page content, and a sources panel citing ledger and questionnaire entries
A generated draft: sections marked AI draft or boilerplate on the left, content in the middle, and the Sources panel citing the ledger and questionnaire facts behind each number.

What the AI writes

Financial statement numbers render directly from your ledger; the model never generates a statement figure. The AI writes narrative sections from trial balances, onboarding answers, and prior filings retrieved when enabled, and it reads summary and flux figures so the prose matches the books. Every sentence can carry a citation back to its source.

Review before you rely on it

Drafts are machine-generated starting points that require human review. Your team and counsel review the result in the Filing workspace before anything moves toward EDGAR.

Note

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Watch the draft build

While AI drafts a filing, the Drafting progress board shows live status for each section: pending, drafting, done, or failed. A progress bar counts completed sections, and an elapsed timer runs until the draft finishes.

Note

The board appears in the Filing workspace and clears when drafting completes.

No training on your data

TakePublic does not use your content to train AI models. Our agreements with AI model providers prohibit them from using your content to train theirs.
