Comments, the changes requested loop, and review diffs in the filing workspace.
Team members, auditors, and counsel can leave comments on filing sections during review. Comments stay with the section so context is not lost between rounds.
Counsel can move a filing from counsel review to changes requested when edits are needed.
The counsel gate applies on every round.
When content changes between review rounds, the workspace shows a diff so reviewers can see what changed since the last version. Sign-off always binds to the current document hash.
During counsel review, counsel can generate a Review brief: an AI summary of what changed this round plus citation flags such as empty sections, uncited sections, and low citation coverage. Counsel still reviews every section before sign-off.
The review brief is a starting aid for counsel, not a substitute for reading the filing.
