Who it serves

TakePublic for audit firms

Your independence rules do not bend for another vendor portal. You need the draft, the PBC list, and a clean way to clear auditor review without drafting, signing, or submitting the client's SEC filing.

The auditor seat is read-only on the filing workspace, with a PBC request list and the authority to clear a filing back to draft or on to counsel review once the required artifacts are attached. Firm engagements and a cross-tenant queue cover every TakePublic client you serve. Firms are always free.

Frequently asked questions

Is TakePublic free for audit firms?

Yes. Firms are always free. The company's subscription is the only paid account.

Can auditors draft or sign SEC filings?

No. The auditor seat cannot draft, sign off, or submit. Clearance from auditor review is the write path, and only with the required artifacts attached.

Which filings require auditor review?

Auditor review is required for 10-K, 10-Q, S-8, S-3, 10-12G, 10-12B, 11-K, and 1-K. The required auditor deliverables must be attached before counsel review.

Can my firm cover multiple clients from one login?

Yes. Firm engagements seat the roster on each client. The cross-tenant auditor queue and practice dashboard span every company you reach.

Do you pay auditor referral fees?

No. No cash referral fees in either direction. Auditor independence rules forbid them.
