Cross-client worklists at /counsel and /auditor for filings waiting on your review.
Counsel (and platform admin assisting) open Counsel queue from Practice or /counsel. The table lists every filing in counsel_review across all clients where you hold a counsel seat, including seats inherited from your firm. Each row shows company, form type (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4, and others), period end, and due date with days remaining or overdue in ET.
Auditors (and platform admin assisting) open Auditor queue from Practice or /auditor. The table lists filings in auditor_review across your clients, including 10-K, 10-Q, 1-K, and 11-K reports. Rows include company, form, period, due date in ET, and a count of open PBC document requests on that filing.
Both queues sort by filing due date, earliest first. Filings with no linked due date appear after dated ones. When the list grows long, filter by company name, ticker, or form type.
Auditors use the Filing workspace to work PBC requests and attach audit or review deliverables.
Practice is the portfolio view: health, next deadlines, and signal badges per client. The awaiting review badge counts the same filings that appear in your queue for that company. Use Practice to see which clients need attention; use the queue when you want every pending filing in one sortable list.
