A 0 to 100 score with letter grade A through F, shared by the app and free scanner.
The health score reflects timely 10-K and 10-Q on file, NT late notices in the trailing three years, blown statutory deadlines, and runway on the next obligation versus draft readiness. It is computed from your company's real EDGAR filing history, which TakePublic indexes when you onboard.
A recently public company is not delinquent for reports that were never due.
If your first 10-K or 10-Q has not come due yet, the score shows it as attention, not a failing grade, so you can start preparing early.
Scores map to letter grades A through F. The same formula powers the dashboard in the app and the free public compliance scanner, so the numbers never disagree between surfaces. Waived obligations never count as missed.
The scan pulls the company's EDGAR filing history and computes the same 0 to 100 score and letter grade you see in the app after onboarding.
No account is required.
Use the score as a snapshot, not legal advice. It helps prioritize which obligations need attention before the next due date in ET.
