Each deadline on the calendar carries its own alert ladder: email at 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 days before the due date (ET), SMS closer in, and past-due reminders until it resolves.

Email alerts

Every open deadline triggers email alerts at 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 days before the due date (ET), on the due date, and at 1, 3, and 7 days past due until it is satisfied or waived. Email goes to all tenant members.

SMS alerts

At 3 and 1 days before a due date, on the due date, and at 1, 3, and 7 days past due, TakePublic sends SMS to users who have a phone number on file.

  1. Add or update your phone in Settings.

Slack (optional)

When your workspace has a Slack webhook configured, deadline alerts also post to that channel.
