On Pink Limited annual disclosure deadlines and OTCQX, OTCQB, or OTCID certification deadlines, the calendar can generate documents for download.

  1. Open the deadline on the Compliance calendar.
  2. Generate and download the documents.

What you get

The annual disclosure statement follows the OTC Markets Pink basic disclosure guidelines, with financial statements generated from the connected books. The certification letter is pre-filled for officer signature.

Post through OTCIQ yourself

TakePublic does not submit documents to OTC Markets.

  1. Download the files.
  2. Post them through OTCIQ.
  3. Mark the deadline complete on the Compliance calendar.
