Sign-off ceremony

Counsel reviews in counsel review, requests changes if needed, and signs off bound to the SHA-256 hash of the full document. MFA is required for counsel in production.

External filing

After counsel signs, you can file through your own EDGAR agent.

  1. Export the filing package.
  2. File it through your EDGAR agent.
  3. Record the accession number in TakePublic so the calendar reconciles.
