Invite your team

Single-use, 7-day email invites for company users, admins, auditors, and counsel.

Settings: team
The team tab listing members with role dropdowns, a remove action, an invite member button, and a pending invites section
The team roster under Settings. Invite member sends a single-use email link; the role you pick applies when they accept.

How invites work

Each invite is a single-use link that expires after seven days. The recipient sees the selected role before accepting.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Enter the recipient's email and choose a role.
  3. Send the invite.

Roles you can invite

Choose the role that matches the person's work.

  • company_user: draft and internal review.
  • company_admin: full drafting, send to review, manage the company profile and insiders.
  • auditor: works PBC requests, attaches the audit report, review report, and consent, and clears auditor review.
  • counsel: counsel review, changes requested, and sign-off.
  • director: read-only board seat that records the board's approval against the exact document hash on filings that need one (10-K, DEF 14A).
Note

Platform admin is never invitable.

Managing members

Admins can change roles or remove members. A tenant must always keep at least one company admin.

Vendor directory

Settings > Team includes a vendor directory for outside providers such as your auditor, transfer agent, EDGAR agent, and counsel firm.

  1. Add each vendor with a kind, contact name, email, and notes.
  2. Send a workspace invite from the vendor row when the vendor kind is auditor or legal and a contact email is on file.

Serving multiple companies

Counsel and auditors often serve several companies. One account can hold memberships in many workspaces; use the company switcher in the sidebar to move between them with the correct role in each.
