Filings: what is in motion
Filings lists the filings moving through TakePublic, from draft through review, sign-off and submission, and the ones TakePublic transmitted; a row opens the filing workspace. New filing, Report an event and Track a deadline start from its header.
- On Monitor, which drafts nothing, the page offers Track a deadline and Report an event, and the filed record is on Documents.
Documents: the complete record
Documents › Filed documents is every filing EDGAR indexes under the company's CIK, plus the documents TakePublic filed, as one ledger. Filter by form and source, search by form, period or accession, and open any row.
- A row opens the filing's sheet with EDGAR's facts, its documents and exhibits, and On TakePublic: the filing workspace and the calendar deadline it satisfied, when it was filed through TakePublic (see Documents and evidence).
- A link to Documents with a filing's accession number opens that filing's sheet.

TakePublic is a technology platform, not a law firm, broker-dealer, or auditor. Forms 3, 4 and 5 prepared in TakePublic file only after the reviewer the company designates, such as its securities counsel, signs off; any other filing prepared in TakePublic files only after a licensed securities attorney signs off.
